A Winter Storm Warning is in effect though Tuesday afternoon, with heavy snow, strong winds and cold conditions. Snow total of 8 to 12 inches are possible for the Denver area, with 18 to 24 inches around Fort Collins! Winds will gust to 40 mph, causing extensive blowing and drifting and closing roads by early Tuesday.
