EEOC finds 'systemic' discrimination during application process at Cleveland Fire

Following a four-year investigation, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission found the Cleveland Fire Department discriminated against black, Hispanic and female firefighter applicants from 2010 through 2014, violating Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
