Streamsong Resort in Polk Co. prepares for Thanksgiving dinner

Executive Chef Mike Ford of Streamsong Resort in Polk County and Chef Serena originally of San Antonio, Texas, explain the recipe and cooking methods for their White Pumpkin Crab Soup and Brown Butter Basted Turkey Ballotine prepared with black truffle and chestnut stuffing. They are headed to compete in an international culinary competition, representing the U.S. in Soria, Spain, the world's largest black truffle region, in December.
