Family blames 'vaping' on UWM student's death

The sister of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (UWM) freshman, who died suddenly on Halloween, is speaking-out for the first time about her brother's death. Logan Tomasello collapsed in his sister's apartment, just off campus, after she says he vaped THC.
