Free Bike Didn't Come with Riding Lessons

Info from Licensor: "I was cleaning out rubbish in my house and putting it all in a pile out the front. I saw a random drunk guy ruffling through trying to pull the old bike out. I came out and said ‘ hey mate, do u want that bike?' And he mumbled back ‘yeah uhhh yeah I do’ Then he took the bike and tried walk off with it which I found funny so I decided to record it."
