Info from Licensor: "Halloween 2019, just days after our county had been ravaged by the Kincade Fire. Families were returning back home. Power and gas had been shut off in much of Sonoma County for several days. Many children weren't sure if neighbors would take the time to make their Halloween special. My family of seven put out our candy dish just before leaving to do our own trick or treating. The note on the chair said 'Please Take One'. As you can see, many people found the presence of the camera quite amusing. This whole thing turned into an interesting social experiment with mothers pleading with their kids to put the second piece back! Then along came one kid who took it all, leaving other children to walk away disappointed"
