Halloween 2019 will go into the record books as the snowiest on record!! We had our first White Halloween in 124 years!! This is now also the second snowiest October on record!! Most of this should be done Halloween evening, but it will still be breezy and cold with trick-or-treaters dealing with temps in the low/mid-30s & wind chills in the 10s/20s. There will be some light snow/mix by Friday afternoon with highs struggling to make it into the mid/upper 30s. Most of Saturday looks dry but cold with highs in the upper-30s. A few flurries or snow showers are possible. There will be a slight chance of mixed precip on Sunday with highs in the low-40s. Temps will continue to be COLD as we head deeper into November.
