R. Kelly blamed his toe for skipping court hearing

R&B singer R. Kelly blamed his toes for missing his court hearing on Wednesday.
The singer's attorney told a judge that Kelly had an infected toe and was worried that it would be stepped on.
According to his attorney, Kelly feared his toe may be injured during his journey to the court from his jail cell.
Kelly is being held at the Chicago Metropolitan Correctional Center on numerous sexual assault charges.
