Scientists studying red tide impacts on sea turtles in Southwest Florida

The Sanibel Captiva Conservation Foundation is wrapping up a record-breaking sea turtle season today. They say they’re continuing to research the impacts of red tide on the animals. They’re working to figure out if red tide is impacting pregnant sea turtles, and possibly their hatchlings.
