MGM Grand property to be sold

MGM Resorts says it expects to announce a buyer for the MGM Grand Resort by the end of the year. The move would be similar to what the company did with the Bellagio earlier this month. That property was sold to Blackstone Ggroup, but MGM will continue to manage the property. MGM is also selling Circus Circus to Treasure Island owner Phil Ruffin.
