JUDGE: 3rd DUI arrest for driver involved in deadly crash on Sunday

The driver, 34-year-old Kevin Raspperry, was scheduled to make his first appearance in court at 9 a.m. Oct. 28. However, he was unable to do so because he is still in the hospital. A judge says that Raspperry has 2 previous convictions and set his bail tentatively at $100,000. His next court appearance was scheduled for Nov. 4. Raspperry has been charged with several counts of driving above the legal limit and reckless driving resulting in death and serious injury.
