Making Safer Choices Creating a Culture of Respect
5 years ago
3
It's challenging for parents to help their kids navigate today's world, especially when it comes to dating, sexual decision-making and personal safety. Mike Domitrz is the president and founder of the Center for Respect, and he's back with suggestions on how to encourage teens to have healthy relationships. The Center for Respect is hosting an event tonight, October 21 at 7pm at the Sharon Lynne Wilson Center for the Arts in Brookfield. The event is titled "SAFER Choices" and will help pre-teens, teens, and their parents navigate dating, sexual decision-making, address sexual violence, and safety. It's a free event, but come early to make sure you get a seat! For more information, visit CenterForRespect.com.
