Spoiled Pomeranian goes for ride in baby stroller
Many of us treat our pet like a son, we spoil them so much that we can do things as crazy as this video, in which we see this cute puppy enjoy a ride in a baby car. Very funny! You can't miss his crazy face. Apparently this Pomeranian is very pampered and only he enjoys the baby carriage while his other friend Pomenarian has to walk on his leash How lazy!
For many of us, our canine companions are more than pets; they are very important members of our family. More people are waiting longer to have children (if we choose to have them), so we usually have more time, energy and resources to devote to our pets than ever before. The pet care industry reflects this trend: According to the American Pet Products Association, Americans spend more than $3 billion annually on services for their pets. Not only do we want our dogs to be healthy, but we want them to be happy and treasured. What better way to show your affection than to give your dog a few cuddles? You may think you can't afford to pamper your dog.
While pampering involves luxury, there are many simple and inexpensive ways to do so. Of course, some dogs get the kind of special treatment that can make humans jealous, and if you have the budget for it, the sky is the limit. Many owners equate mimes with feeding their dog human food or giving him lots of treats, but too much could have the unintended effect of making him sick at least or overweight at worst. It is also important to remember that there is a fine line between pampering and pampering: pleasing your dog's bad behavior is of no use to either of you. So if you don't generally allow your dog to sleep in your bed, for example, giving him permission to do so will sometimes just send you confusing messages.
The best way to pamper your dog is to spend quality time with him, keep him active and feed him well. Then find out how you can make your dog feel special by using things he probably already has at home. Most dogs love to eat, well, almost anything. A treat for your dog can be as simple as a few portions of unseasoned cooked meat or cooked vegetables such as green beans or carrots. You can even bake your own dog treats; just make sure your recipe doesn't include ingredients that aren't good for dogs, like onions. If cooking isn't your style, look for high-quality treats online or at specialty pet stores. Most of your dog's nutrition should come from food, not snacks, so keep that in mind when handing out candy. It's also a good idea to ask your vet about your dog's snacks. Pampering your dog is a wonderful way to show him how much you care, but ultimately the best way to do that is to spend quality time with him. He loves you unconditionally and that's all he asks in return.
