Children as young as 8 years old face gun ban under Florida’s new red flag law

The state has stripped thousands of Floridians of their right to own a gun after police declare them a danger under the state’s new red flag law, but I-Team Investigator Katie LaGrone discovered some of those banned are kids not old enough to buy a gun.
