Friends and family describe Katie Jacobson as the life of the party, compassionate, a force to be reckoned with; she could make friends with anyone. You can imagine how shocked her loved ones where when she suddenly passed away at just 25 years-old. Her best friend and her brother decided to keep Katie's memory alive by founding the Katherine Jacobson Foundation, with a commitment to putting an end to the fatal complication that took Katie's life.
