Cincinnati, Hamitlon County Continue fight over concert venue

City hall is stalling plans to build a concert venue at the Banks. Two motions passed Wednesday jeopardize one major part of the plan. The Cincinnati City Council made it clear they don't support the Hilltop concrete company moving to city land in Price Hill. Hamilton County says it's full-steam ahead, with or without the support of the city.
