Cleveland APL reduces adoption fees after 4 hoarding cases bring over 170 cats and dogs to shelter

As the result of four back-to-back hoarding cases investigated by the Cleveland APL, 89 cats and 90 dogs were brought to the shelter within the past four weeks during a time when the shelter was already trying to find home for its current residents.
