NBC26 Storm Shield Forecast

Tonight, with the humid air-mass sticking around, we will once again have a chance of some fog. Overnight lows are expected to dip into the mid 60s with a light south wind around 5 mph. Saturday, the winds pick up out of the southwest around 10 to 20 mph with gusts near 25 mph. We will also be seeing an increased risk for showers and thunderstorms during the afternoon and evening. Temperatures will climb into the upper 70s to the lower 80s. Showers and thunderstorms are possible in the first half of Saturday night but conditions should calm down into the overnight. Temperatures fall into the mid and upper 60s. Another slight chance of thunderstorms exists on Sunday as well. Temperatures will be cooler in the lower to mid 70s.
