How the Kansas City Streetcar turned a critic into a fan

Kansas City and Cincinnati both have streetcars as part of their public transportation grid, but only one of them is doing well. It's not the one in Cincinnati. WCPO transportation reporter Pat LaFleur traveled to Kansas City this week to learn what people there like about their streetcar and what Cincinnati can do to give ours a PR makeover.
