North Las Vegas police have arrested 21-year-old Giovanni Ruiz in connection with the homicide investigation into Paula Davis' death, authorities say. According to police, Ruiz and Davis were previously in a dating relationship. Ruiz was arrested and booked in the Las Vegas City Jail on the charge of open murder with a deadly weapon.
