As first responder suicides outpace line-of-duty deaths, local fire department works to reduce stigma

Over the last five years, there have been more first responder suicides than line-of-duty deaths, according to the International Association of Firefighters. That's why Lakewood Fire Department is joining other agencies in Ohio to break down mental health barriers.
