It may just be five bucks, but Tim Wren is helping people feel like a million dollars. "I had some extra cash and I started helping out the people in my neighborhood and it just spread from there!" Wren explained. For the past two years, Wren has been handing out five dollar bills and fast food coupons to people in need in the Valley.
