Hurricane Dorian's winds grow to 115 mph, now a Category 3 storm, expected to hit Florida Tuesday as Category 4

Hurricane Dorian remains a dangerous Category 3 storm as of the 5 p.m. Friday advisory from the National Hurricane Center. Dorian is now packing 115 mph winds in the western Atlantic Ocean. The National Hurricane Center said Dorian "poses a significant threat to Florida and the Northwestern Bahamas," and is now forecast to make landfall Tuesday afternoon as a possible Category 4 storm.
