Judge to decide soon on charge motion in Kiera Bergman death trial

Suspect Jon Christopher Clark was in court today in the death of Kiera Bergman. The hearing is for oral arguments, but we could also learn more about a motion by Clark's attorney asking the judge to send the case back to a grand jury.
