Rachel's Wednesday Weather Word: Microburst

Hot, dry and overall quiet conditions continue in my On Your Side forecast today. Clear skies and light winds this morning will lead to a brilliantly sunny and hot afternoon, with highs hitting the mid 90s in the Treasure Valley. Tomorrow, a weak disturbance to our north could send a few spotty storms through Idaho’s west central mountains, so mid-week campers may be dodging a few raindrops, but the only impact for the lower elevations will be increasing wind and decreasing temperatures. Highs in Boise will drop into the mid 80s by Friday with sunshine and comfortable conditions sticking around through the start of the weekend. Rachel's Wednesday Weather Word: Microburst
