Bellevue woman pushes Congress for change after parents die by carbon monoxide poisoning

After Ann and David MacKinnon died by accidental carbon monoxide poisoning, their daughter wants Congress to pass a bill to force automakers to make a change. Congressman Jeff Fortenberry will co-sponsor the bill.
