It happened near Payson and Santaquin Utah. We were driving on the I15 north. No idea what happened there. Looked like the driver fell asleep, was trying to avoid a car, no idea. But as we were coming back there were a ton of cop cars and a huge tow truck. The driver of the truck actually wasn't hurt and was up and standing talking to a cop. It happened last year in May.
