We love going to the zoo! Spending a whole time seeing beasts of all kinds is absolutely astonishing and like most people, we take photos and videos to make lasting memories! But one family made an even better memory of there trip to the zoo! they made this heart chilling video and shared it with social media so we can all enjoy it!

Playing with lions is probably one of the most exciting things one can do in life, but hardly anyone really gets that chance. It takes a lot of courage to get close to them even in a zoo behind impenetrable glass. But this family obviously has it! Just take a looks at this video clip and see it for yourself. It is so amazing that you have to see it.

The video shows a Lioness tries to catch kids from behind the lions’ glass cage in Audubon Zoo. There is one lioness, and a lion in that cage and kids attract their attention. They playing and start to walk in front of that glass as if they were gorillas. It did not take too long before lionesses noticed her pray and came running their way and jumping on that glass!

This looks very exciting, and I absolutely have to try it next time I go to the zoo.

Jory Ledet, who filmed these videos on July 30, told: "At first I was just trying to get a picture of my kids as anyone does at the zoo near the glass in front of where the lions were laying in the background.

"I noticed the lioness run to the kids. At that point, I started videoing the lion starting to creep up towards the window. We knew the glass was going to protect us and we were not in danger.

"My son thought it was so excellent and he is still telling everyone about his day at the zoo with the conflict of this lioness."

Jory also managed to capture the moment his nine-month-old daughter, Lillian, coming face-to-face with the curious lioness.

"Once the lion pounced at my son, the lion just stood there for a few seconds and that is when my wife also put my daughter closer to try and get a picture of the kids up close to the lion.

"This is when the people began to swarm nearby us. Once we pulled our kids out from by the glass the lion turned its back to the crowd," Jory added.
