Giuliani and Pirro speak about Mueller's poor mental state

President Donald Trump's attorney Rudy Giuliani said Saturday that former special counsel Robert Mueller shouldn't have been in charge of the Russia investigation.

While the former New York City mayor didn't explicitly name the reason why he feels this way, both he and Fox News host Judge Jeanine Pirro suggested that Mueller's age has left him kind of gone mentally -- almost as if he's suffering from dementia or Alzheimer's.
