Michael Fish's NBC26 weather forecast
Smoky skies will once again hang around the area at times from Canadian wildfires, but other than that, we will have a quiet day with low humidity. Highs will top out around 80, though it will be cooler by Lake Michigan. Quiet conditions will prevail tonight with another comfortable one. Lows will bottom out in the mid-50s. We warm things up a couple degrees for Tuesday with highs in the low-80s and a few afternoon clouds. A system will be approaching the area which could touch off a shower or T'storm late with mild and muggy lows in the upper-60s. That system will be rolling through on Wednesday, kicking off some scattered T'storms. We may have to keep an eye on these in the afternoon. Highs will be warm and humid in the mid-80s. Another very warm and humid pattern returns going into the weekend.
