While speaking at Jesse Jackson's Rainbow Push Coalition in Chicago on Friday, Biden made a remark that appeared to be in reference to Trayvon Martin, a thuggish youth from Florida who'd been justifiably shot and killed by a neighborhood community watch member in 2012.
