Refinery Fire in Philadelphia

Info from Licensor: This video was made from across the street from the Sunoco refinery on Hawthorne st. The one video was shot as I was coming over the Passyunk Ave. bridge into Southwest Philadelphia. The bridge was getting shut down right behind me as I crossed into southwest Philadelphia. Just as soon as I began to take video of the fire it grew immensely and spread across the whole sector and rose really high.
