Collier homes sales up almost 13% despite concerns over short-term rental crackdown

Reports say home sales in Collier County rose 12.8% in April 2019 from April 2018. That's despite a fear from realtors that home buyers might look elsewhere, after the county decided in March to issue warnings and fines to owners of short-term rental homes, based on noise complaints from homeowners living nearby.
