Exercise Fails

Keeping up a good exercise regimen is hard enough as it is, so when you throw fails in the mix, things can get a bit complicated! Obviously exercise is good for us, but it can be easy to skip the gym when you think of the potential fails you’re avoiding! Bravo to these ladies who failed but got back up and kept staying healthy!
