Lake Okeechobee water levels remain low

David Heinz, 19, was last seen Tuesday around 8 p.m. in North The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers says at last check the lake sits at just over 11 feet. That's a huge difference considering last year the lake was over 14 feet.
