‘Game of Thrones’: Lena Headey Wanted ‘Better Death’ For Cersei

Game of Thrones wrapped up almost a month ago, however, Lena Headey, who played Cersei Lannister on the show, recently expressed that she wasn’t too happy about her character’s death scene. In an interview with The Guardian, Headey spoke about Game of Thrones’ final season and how she thought Cersei Lannister deserved a better ending, rather than dying with her brother (and lover) Jaime Lannister (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) in a pile of rubble under the Red Keep. “I will say I wanted a better death.
