Dad of Britain's tiniest baby proposes to mum

The father of Britain's tiniest baby born for 20 years has celebrated his miracle daughter's first birthday - by getting down on one knee and proposing to her mum.

Kym Brown, 25, and Ryan Evans, 26, were told to expect the worst when little Isabella was born at just 24 weeks on June 14 last year, weighing less than a pound in weight.

Isabella was so tiny that her hands were smaller than 1p coins.

But she defied the odds and her proud parents threw a family party to celebrate her first birthday over the weekend.
