Private boat dock in Jupiter could soon be privatized

Since U-Tiki Beach Waterfront Restaurant opened 5 years ago, part of the agreement with the town of Jupiter was to provide public boat slips. But now the owner says because it's public it's becoming tougher to manage the behavior of people using the spaces and he wants to take back control.
