Many people felt that the final episode of Game of Thrones did not wrap up the series well.

According to Uproxx, fans were very vocal about their disapproval of the last season.

Nevertheless, it’s that Thrones episode — the one called “The Iron Throne” — that HBO has submitted to the Emmys for Best Writing.

Granted, there were only six episodes in the final season from which to choose, but many don't think the show has a chance to win.
