Living in a city that's known for beer and has a pretty prominent drinking culture, you may think it's hard to have a good time without alcohol. But our guests say you can enjoy our beautiful city without the booze, while still partaking in delicious and refreshing drinks! Erik Kennedy and Sarah Hofman join us to mix up some incredible mocktails. Erik and Sarah have shared the recipes with us below! Strawberry Basil Lemonade: Lime Wedge Lemon Wedge 2-3 slices of strawberry 2-3 Basil Leaves 1-2 packets of sugar Lemonade Sprite Add lime + lemon wedge, strawberries, basil and sugar to pint glass. Muddle together. Add ice to pint glass and fill with lemonade (leaving space for sprite topper) Shake Add Sprite topper, once shaken Garnish with lemon and lime on side of glass Angry Mango: Mango Nectar Jalapeno (2-3 slices) Club Soda/Seltzer Lime Add lime wedge and jalapeno to pint glass and muddle together. Add ice to pint glass and top with Mango Nectar (leave room for club soda topper) Shake Strain liquid into new glass with fresh ice (I prefer a tumbler or malt glass for this drink) Top with Club Soda Garnish- 1-2 jalapeno slices + lime wedge on side of glass.
