Trouble making dog causes traffic jam

Did you know that dogs chasing cars are often injured or killed not by the car they are chasing but by a car passing when it just darts into the road? This type of animal behavior has definitely been known to cause serious accidents too. For example when the driver swerves to avoid the animal.

This is dashcam footage of just cruising along a rural road that normally has no traffic. Driver is surprise to come upon a traffic jam. What is this? This is supposed to be a leisurely drive to de-stress after a long day at work. But as he gets through the traffic he is surprised at the cause. A little dog that seems to be having the time of his life keeping away from everyone.

The folks on the side of the road seem to be having a lot of trouble trying to wrangle that instigating dog in. It doesn't help when every other car stops to help.

But what fun it is to see a comedy of folks running around looking like they are having a gold ole time.

As the driver passes by the little pup, he appears to want to run and chase. You can see him run ti try and keep up. But machinery prevails and is no match for a cute wagging tailed dog.
