Hillary Clinton lectures State Department about cybersecurity

This isn't the first time that Clinton has dabbled in cybersecurity. Even as she was busy violating every State Department cybersecurity rule in 2010, she went ahead and made a PSA anyway lecturing other department employees to practice quality cybersecurity.
