Britney Spears' Restraining Order Against Sam Lutfi Remains In Effect

A temporary restraining order against Britney Spears' former friend Sam Lutfi, remains in effect, for now.

Earlier in May, Spears was granted a temporary restraining order against Lutfi, a former member of her inner circle.

Lutfi also claimed to be her manager -- although her representatives have said that that was never the case.

A hearing in which Lutfi was attempting to get the restraining order lifted was suspended on May 28th.
