How Art Can Help Young People Impacted by ALS

ALS is an incurable, progressive, neurodegenerative disease that can cause patients to lose their ability to walk, dress, write, speak, swallow and eat. When a family member is diagnosed with ALS, teens and young adults can be significantly impacted and may need support to cope with such an overwhelming disease. ALSO US provides a platform for teens and young adults impacted by ALS to share their experiences through the power of art.
