James Gunn Says He Will Continue Working With Marvel After 'Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol.3'

Guardians of the Galaxy writer-director James Gunn said he plans to continue working on Marvel films. On Marvel Gunn said he does a lot of work giving notes on scripts and helping form characters. But he said he prefers working on set every single day as he did with “Brightburn,” saying it’s more “fulfilling.” In 2018 Gunn was fired by Disney for inappropriate tweets that surfaced on Twitter. Yet in March 2019 the director was rehired and will work on “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.”
