On Harper near Van Dyke on Detroit's east side, The Food Exchange serves up a legendary HUGE burger called "The Big Baby." It's one of the last restaurants to remain open on that section of Harper. But as photojournalist John Ciolino tells us, the creator, Bruce, has an even bigger personality.
