Clark County wants to use the money collected in marijuana business license fees to fight the homeless problem. Under the plan, the money would provide $855,000 dollars to a homeless youth center. The county would also give $930,000 to provide rapid rehousing services to homeless people discharged from hospitals. County Commissioners will discuss this during today's commission meeting at 9 a.m.
