According to Reuters, Britney Spears' longtime manager has voiced concern about her mental health, saying he believes the pop singer shouldn't return to performing at a planned Las Vegas residency. Larry Rudolph went so far as to say that Spears should possibly "never" perform again. In January, Spears suspended plans for a new show set to run in Vegas from February to August.
