Man charged with threatening couple with knife to steal their beer

Joseph Francis Mainini was found guilty as charged with Traveling to Meet a Minor and Unlawful Use of a Two-Way Communication Device following a two day trial in Lee County. A Lee County sheriff's deputies say they caught the beer bandit who trying to rob a couple walking home from a convenience store.
