CBS Cuts Season 2 Of ‘Murphy Brown’ Reboot

After a second run, according to Broadcasting & Cable, Murphy Brown will not return to TV.
The show was originally broadcast from 1988 to 1998 on CBS. It returned to the network in 2018— 20 years later, for a 13 episode reboot.
Actress Candice Bergen played Murphy, a TV news host.
She was also the executive producer of the show.
Original creator Diane English was also on board as an executive producer of the reboot.
